Information stored in Prujsa
Depending on the features used, Prujsa may contain account and company information, customers, suppliers, invoices, documents, projects, service cases and other business information.
The customer's own personal data
When a business uses Prujsa to process personal data about its own customers, employees or other individuals, the business is responsible for ensuring that there is a lawful basis for the processing.
Depending on the processing, JN Trading through Prujsa may act as a data processor for information stored by the customer in the service.
Why information is processed
- To create and administer user accounts.
- To provide the features requested by the user.
- For security, troubleshooting and prevention of abuse.
- For customer support and communication regarding the service.

Integrations and external services
Some features may use external services or integrations. When a user enables such a feature, information may be transferred to the relevant provider to the extent required for the feature.
AI and Odin
When AI features are used, information the user chooses to send to Odin may be processed by the AI provider used for the relevant feature. Avoid sending more sensitive information than necessary.

Information may be stored for as long as necessary for the service, customer relationship, legal requirements or security purposes. Prujsa uses technical and organizational safeguards to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss or alteration of information.
